Shipping Station #19

Shipping Station #19

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

After a big delay due to personal work and other things going on, I now bring to you another post on the Shipping Station, my apologies for the big delay, but now it's finally here! Without further ado, let's get on with it!

The King and Mary from Pop'n Music series

You'll see these two characters from the cutesy rhythm game series from Benami, Pop'n Music. This game is definitely known for its colorful characters and great j-pop tunes as well as a selection of other tunes from all around the world. Mary is a hot looking dancer who looks african-american, but in some of the artworks, her skin color is white, this wasn't shown in the game, which is not that great, but nothing drastic(just personal preference), The King is a U.S. character that kinda is like Elvis Presley, in a funny kind of way, which is entertaining to see. I'm sure there are others, but when it comes to shippings in the Pop 'n Music franchise, I like this one the best, who knows, maybe they might have a thing for each other.

Beat and Note from Dragon Ball Heroes

You will see these two in Dragon Ball Heroes, an exclusive arcade game in japan, not much is known about these characters although they have a similar profile, just two Saiyans fighting enemies with each other. When it comes to obscure DBZ pairings, I ship it, even though many people have not heard about except DBZ fanatics.

Zero and Cent from Drakengard 3

You'll see these two characters from the upcoming Drakengard 3, which is said to be a prequel to the entire series. Zero is the protagonist of this game and the full story has not been shown yet, not after the game is released anyway. It shows on parts of her personality that she doesn't mind being in a relationship with many men, including Cent, which remains to be seen. I think that Zero would be great with Cent, and even when the game is yet to be released I like to see this in the game someday, so I ship it and I would love to see more of it.

Bye for now, see you next post!

Shipping Station #11

Shipping Station #11

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

This is kind of a special article since it focuses on dynamic duos, whom would be sweet if they have romantic feelings for each other. they fight together to prevent evil organizations from taking over, and they work together with power and strength to save any day.

Ray Poward and Sheena Etranzi from Contra: Hard Corps

These two characters are from the Konami shooter, Contra: Hard Corps which is a Sega Genesis exclusive, but also one of the hardest games ever due to having a lot of bullets and other obstacles being thrown at you, one hit and you're dead, hehe. So this game does have 2 player co-op, so a soldier and another partner can fight together. If there was ever a Contra pairing, i'd choose these two, they are soldiers working together along with the wolf guy Fang and the robot Browny, are the four soldiers part of a team together to fight evil? maybe, but either way, these two would be nice.

Albatross and Leila from Rolling Thunder Series

These two characters are from the Rolling Thunder series by Namco, mainly the second game, the sequel to the original Namco classic. basically in the first game, Albatross rescues Leila from captivity from a criminal organization, and now in the sequel, they are working together now to take down that same organization that came back from the dead. This pairing has that James Bond feel, and you'll recognize it with Agent 007 being a womanizer with beautiful ladies, but with a slight twist being that the suave agent works with the ladies, spy or not, but that happens a little more in RT2 than in the 007 movies. Albatross is a suave agent and Leila is like a Bond girl. This couple has that classic James-Bond-style of feel, and is also very sexy as well.

Ring and Chain from Progear

These two characters are from the arcade SHMUP, Progear, from the very popular CAVE LTD company. The company is behind some of the most craziest shooters ever made, like the fan favorite, DoDonPachi. Anyway, Progear is an awesome horizontal shooter with a cool steampunk presentation, as well as bullets, LOTS of bullets to dodge. You have two pilots to choose from and three girls you want to be partners with that can help you with various floating turret settings, I can also point out that all of these characters are very much on the pre-teen side, except one, of course. I always liked to play as Ring with Chain as my partner, and they have good all-around settings indeed. After each stage, you are measured by how much you survive and how much you let your partner help you, and also how "lovely" your performance is, get it at a great level, and you might get them to be BFFs or daters. Ring and Chain can be a very cute couple in my eyes and is my most occasional used partners for Progear.

That's all for now, see you next post!

Shipping Station #9

Shipping Station #9

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

My biggest apologies for the lack of updates for the past 15 to 30 days, I had some college work to deal with. Now that i'm back for this, let get the post on the road, shall we?

Edward Falcon and Julia Whitepearl from Power Stone series

These two classy characters are from the Capcom fighting game, Power Stone. Edward appeared in the first one and Julia appears in the sequel. There is a couple of cool pairings such as the kawaii Ayame and Wang-Tang, but this pairing could be a very good one, too. I think they are both british and they share some similar traits, such as being heroic. It is a suprise that this pairing is either mentioned none to little. This could be a very cute pairing for sure, it is like they are made for each other and things like that. Here is some official artwork on the bottom that has the Falcon/Julia shipping in there.

TJ and Lexie from Motocross Maniacs Advance

Can you say, "Friendly Rivalry"? Well, yeah. Anyway, these two characters are from Motocross Maniacs Advance, which is the colorful installment of the Motocross Maniacs series, a platforming motocross franchise for portable systems. As far as these two go, they do seem, as I said, to have a friendly rivalry with each other, kind of like a love/hate relationship. I wouldn't mind seeing them as a pairing.

Hien and Mao Mao from Sonic Wings/Aero Fighters series

These two characters are from the Aero Fighters series, also known as Sonic Wings elsewhere. This game has it's own share of wacky looking characters, like the dolphin and his plane, now that is something else, eh?. Anyway, these two are partners and their pairing is canon, at first, Hien doesn't care for Mao that much, but over time, he seems to warm up to her. At the end of the third game, I believe that Hien tries to show his face, he did, but it ended being somebody else, weird. Maybe fanfics can present anything differently? So this pairing hasn't gotten that much support, but this is something worth shipping anyway, I approve of this pairing.

See you next post!
