Shipping Station #13

Shipping Station #13

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

Ukita Koto and Kisara Nanjo from Kenichi: History's Strongest Disciple

These two martial artists are from the well-known anime and manga called Kenichi: History's Strongest Disciple. Kisara is definitely a sexy martial arts chick with a kickass design and her kicks are a joy to watch. Ukita seems to be a friend of hers and he is actually trying to win her over in both the manga and the anime, which is nice to see. I can see this as a damn fine pairing. Along with Kenichi and Miu, I like to see this very often, as they do look cute together.

Natsu Tanimoto and Renka Ma from Kenichi: History's Strongest Disciple

Here is another pairing I like to mention from the same media. These characters are both Chinese and they seem to be using the same Chinese Kenpo style that the two have. One thing to point out is that Renka is an awesome looking girl with a wonderful design and she fights as well as she looks, sweeter than candy. This is more of a "What If?" couple, what if the two actually met and become friends, and more than just friends? This can be a very sexy pairing if you give it a chance, I know that at times in the anime, Renka seems to be attracted to Kenichi, but I think Kenichi should belong to Miu and thats about it.

Toma Amagase and Haruka Amani from the Idolmaster series

These two characters are from the Idolmaster series by Namco, which is a rhythm game where you play as a manager of an idol group. It includes lots of cute anime girls, but it also has a share of male characters as well. You may know already that Haruka is one of the more known characters in the game. Toma Amagase is part of the Project Jupiter idol group, in which all members are male. If you play Idolmaster 2, it shows a hint of interest between Toma and Haruka. the two idol groups that they are in aren't in a rivalry, but they seem to be friends with each other. Anyway, this is definitely the first male and female pairing of the Idolmaster series. I definitely love to see this cute couple get some more support!

That's it for now, see you next post!

Shipping Station #12

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

The shipping station blog returns with another post to this blog, it has been a month and a half since the last post. Sorry for the downtime, guys. but now, time to get back on track of cute, never-before mentioned pairings/couples. On we go!

Kuta and Qlin from Percussion Master series

These two characters are from the cute drum game series from IGS called Percussion Master. I don't know what their backstories are, but they are cute character designs. These two would be cute together as they are friends in some sort of storyline they have hidden in the game or something, this pairing can be interesting in a way. These two underwent costume changes in every installment in the Percussion Master series. The 2008 one had the urban streets style(with the two main characters posing martial arts poses) and the third game, which is the latest game in the series, has that medieval kingdom style of design. My personal favorite has to be the 2008 designs, because they have a cute and sexy look on them with a big focus on fashion. Take a look at the 2008 designs below.

Marion and Grutan from Gunbarich

These two are playable characters from the Psikyo arcade game Gunbarich, keep in mind that Marion, the blond-haired girl, originates from Gunbird, a SHMUP from the same company. Psikyo makes awesome arcade games and they are a blast to play. Gunbarich kinda has that breakout formula with a crazy twist, and the cutesy artwork can put a happy face on. These two aren't working together in the storyline as they have separate paths. but who wouldn't seeing them as a cute duo as friends and a romantic pairing?

and

Sinnosuke and Isha or Sinnosuke and Ruby from Gigawing 1

Now this is a first, two couples that I can appreciate involving one character with a couple of other ladies. These three are from Gigawing, a bullet hell shoot-em-up from Takumi. This game allows you to do 2 player action where two characters are chosen to fight and they have an ending based on the characters you chose. So with Sinnosuke and the two ladies in the game, I approve of both of the pairings, whether Sinnosuke with Ruby or Isha, I find both of the two pairings sweet.

See you next post, the process may be slow, but i'll do my best to have it up and running sooner or later. Bye for now!

Blog is not dead, it will continue, and i'll be back!

You probably know that i'm taking too long for the next possible post for this blog and its been a month since last update, let me tell you viewers that I greatly apologize for the big wait, the reason for the wait is that looking for obscure character pairings is actually taking a little longer now than I thought, they require lots of hard searching and piece of puzzles to connect(mind-wise), after all, it has to make sense before posting. I ask for your patience in waiting for the next post to show up. The Shipping Station blog is not dead yet and I will keep going until the end and show more cute never-before-mentioned pairings from many kinds of obscure media and some pairings that haven't had that much support. Don't worry, I will have the next post up sometime, and again, this blog is far from dead. Thank you for your support and patience, I will return. Later!

Shipping Station #11

Shipping Station #11

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

This is kind of a special article since it focuses on dynamic duos, whom would be sweet if they have romantic feelings for each other. they fight together to prevent evil organizations from taking over, and they work together with power and strength to save any day.

Ray Poward and Sheena Etranzi from Contra: Hard Corps

These two characters are from the Konami shooter, Contra: Hard Corps which is a Sega Genesis exclusive, but also one of the hardest games ever due to having a lot of bullets and other obstacles being thrown at you, one hit and you're dead, hehe. So this game does have 2 player co-op, so a soldier and another partner can fight together. If there was ever a Contra pairing, i'd choose these two, they are soldiers working together along with the wolf guy Fang and the robot Browny, are the four soldiers part of a team together to fight evil? maybe, but either way, these two would be nice.

Albatross and Leila from Rolling Thunder Series

These two characters are from the Rolling Thunder series by Namco, mainly the second game, the sequel to the original Namco classic. basically in the first game, Albatross rescues Leila from captivity from a criminal organization, and now in the sequel, they are working together now to take down that same organization that came back from the dead. This pairing has that James Bond feel, and you'll recognize it with Agent 007 being a womanizer with beautiful ladies, but with a slight twist being that the suave agent works with the ladies, spy or not, but that happens a little more in RT2 than in the 007 movies. Albatross is a suave agent and Leila is like a Bond girl. This couple has that classic James-Bond-style of feel, and is also very sexy as well.

Ring and Chain from Progear

These two characters are from the arcade SHMUP, Progear, from the very popular CAVE LTD company. The company is behind some of the most craziest shooters ever made, like the fan favorite, DoDonPachi. Anyway, Progear is an awesome horizontal shooter with a cool steampunk presentation, as well as bullets, LOTS of bullets to dodge. You have two pilots to choose from and three girls you want to be partners with that can help you with various floating turret settings, I can also point out that all of these characters are very much on the pre-teen side, except one, of course. I always liked to play as Ring with Chain as my partner, and they have good all-around settings indeed. After each stage, you are measured by how much you survive and how much you let your partner help you, and also how "lovely" your performance is, get it at a great level, and you might get them to be BFFs or daters. Ring and Chain can be a very cute couple in my eyes and is my most occasional used partners for Progear.

That's all for now, see you next post!

Shipping Station #10

Shipping Station #10

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

My biggest apologies again for the almost 30-day hiatus, I just had work and college to deal with, but I have a lot of cool things planned for days ahead. On we go.

Typhon and Mito from Rumble Fish 1 and 2

These two characters appear in the Rumble Fish series, Typhon appears in 1 and 2 while Mito appears in the sequel. They are both young kids, as you can see, but they can be cute for each other, for their childhoods they can become great friends, and maybe when they grow up, they might have a thing for each other. When you play Rumble Fish 2, they will have a special intro with the two begin to spar with each other, but I played the game for myself at a japanese arcade and saw bits of the special intro, see it for yourself and see how cute it is!

Aran and Garnet from Rumble Fish 1 and 2

Another pairing from The Rumble Fish series? yep. As you can see in the first game, Garnet is Aran's rival, but for unknown reasons, because I can't even read japanese, so I won't get to see their motives. This kinda can be something like the Brad Burns and Aoi Umenokouji rivalry from the Virtua Fighter series. I don't mind seeing them as a pairing. Garnet is one hot nurse after all, and Aran is a handsome-looking ladies man, so he might hit on her a little at times. hehe.

Trevor Spacey and Nadia Cassel from Metal Slug series

These two soldiers are from the fourth installment of the Metal Slug series, which is Metal Slug 4, these two characters are meant to replace Eri and Tarma, and they did. Anyway, these two are working together to bring down an evil army, as maybe mentioned in the storyline for Metal Slug 4. They can be working together, so it may be possible for them to go dating or something like that. So, yeah, I ship this.

Thats it for now, see you next post!

Shipping Station #9

Shipping Station #9

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

My biggest apologies for the lack of updates for the past 15 to 30 days, I had some college work to deal with. Now that i'm back for this, let get the post on the road, shall we?

Edward Falcon and Julia Whitepearl from Power Stone series

These two classy characters are from the Capcom fighting game, Power Stone. Edward appeared in the first one and Julia appears in the sequel. There is a couple of cool pairings such as the kawaii Ayame and Wang-Tang, but this pairing could be a very good one, too. I think they are both british and they share some similar traits, such as being heroic. It is a suprise that this pairing is either mentioned none to little. This could be a very cute pairing for sure, it is like they are made for each other and things like that. Here is some official artwork on the bottom that has the Falcon/Julia shipping in there.

TJ and Lexie from Motocross Maniacs Advance

Can you say, "Friendly Rivalry"? Well, yeah. Anyway, these two characters are from Motocross Maniacs Advance, which is the colorful installment of the Motocross Maniacs series, a platforming motocross franchise for portable systems. As far as these two go, they do seem, as I said, to have a friendly rivalry with each other, kind of like a love/hate relationship. I wouldn't mind seeing them as a pairing.

Hien and Mao Mao from Sonic Wings/Aero Fighters series

These two characters are from the Aero Fighters series, also known as Sonic Wings elsewhere. This game has it's own share of wacky looking characters, like the dolphin and his plane, now that is something else, eh?. Anyway, these two are partners and their pairing is canon, at first, Hien doesn't care for Mao that much, but over time, he seems to warm up to her. At the end of the third game, I believe that Hien tries to show his face, he did, but it ended being somebody else, weird. Maybe fanfics can present anything differently? So this pairing hasn't gotten that much support, but this is something worth shipping anyway, I approve of this pairing.

See you next post!

Shipping Station #8

Shipping Station #8

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

Kaito and Carol From Hot Shots/Minna No Tennis series

This is another cool possible pairing from the Hot Shots/Minna no Tennis series since they are both fashion style people and Kaito being 2 years older than Carol. So I think this will be another cute couple, Carol seems to be a popular female character of the game, she is cool and all indeed, but in my opinion, she can't match up to the badassness of Jun. An unknown artist even managed to draw a sketch of Kaito and Carol together in their alternate uniforms, take a look below.

Leon and Angel from Shock Troopers 2nd Squad

These two characters are from the Neo-Geo shooter, Shock Troopers 2nd squad. This game is very fun, has cool designs and the action is fast-paced, just like Metal Slug. These two are definitely comrades working together and this is definitely a possible pairing. After all, Leon is a tough soldier protagonist and Angel is a beautiful, busty, and smart soldier. In closing, they'd be cute together!

Falcon and Kurenai from Sengoku 3

These two ninjas are from the Neo Geo beat-em-up, Sengoku 3, it is arguably the best game in the Sengoku series and very fun to play. According to the storyline, these two ninjas are recruits of Kagetsura(the whole 4 ninjas to be exact) to stop the Dark Emperor from rising to his attempt of destruction. These two could fight together(possible by playing 2 player co-op) if you set the game to do so. These definitely make a good team for the both of them. I ship this pairing well.

That's it for now, see you next post!

Shipping Station #7

Shipping Station #7

Welcome to the Shipping Station!

This blog will show you pairings/couples that have never before been brung together in obscure video games and other media and obscure pairings that really never got that much support. As for myself, i'm a big fan of pairing and couples in games, movies, etc. So I am here to show you what was never been shown or mentioned before. Enjoy the blog!

This is a special post, because this time it will focus on characters from the Minna no/Hot Shots sport series. On we go!

Cody/Yuki and Jun From Hot Shots/Minna no Tennis series

If I had to pair up any character for the pairings and couples kind of thing in Hot Shots Tennis, it would definitely be Jun and Cody, thereby calling it the "Jody" shipping. Jun just freaking rocks, I don't know how Clap Hanz did it, but they really nailed it with that character design, she combines badass and hot together, and her British voice is just sexy, she is without a doubt the best female character in Hot Shots Tennis, ever. Cody is also a cool character in the game as well. Cody and Jun is definitely my favorite pairing/couple in the Hot Shots/Minna No Tennis series, I ship this very well.

Toshi/Mitsuzane and Momoko from Hot Shots/Minna no Tennis series

These two characters are from their respective installment from the Hot Shots Tennis series, Toshi is in the PSP sequel, Get a Grip, and Momoko is from the original game. These two are both Japanese and Toshi is a samurai-style character and Momoko is another geisha type Asian girl who loves nature, which fits considering what they look like. This will also be yet another cute couple together.

Nick/Conan and Bonnie/Yoshiko from Hot Shots Golf Out of Bounds/Minna No Golf 5

These two characters are from HSG: Out Of Bounds, Nick is a golfer and Bonnie can be selected to be your caddie, since they are both countryside-ish. These two have some special animations in the game when they are both together. This pairing would be cute in the HSG series.

That's about it, surely there must be other pairing/couples to discover in the Minna No/Hot Shots sports series, I'll show more of that later down the road. Bye for now, and I'll see you next post!
